




| President and Training Director NAUI Scuba Instructor Trainer NAUI, ARC CPR instructor PSI Cylinder Inspector Authorized Repair Technician IANTD Tri-Mix Blender Jim Quick has been actively diving for over 15 years. He has combined his love for scuba with his interest in teaching and mentoring to develop, with his wife Brenda, a comprehensive aquatic service. He is an honorably discharged U.S. Marine and a 1989 graduate of Southern Adventist University. He holds certifications from NAUI, SSI, TDI,NACD, IANTD, NSS/CDS, DAN and YMCA. Jim is also a YMCA lifeguard and swim instructor as well as a Red Cross and NAUI CPR/AED/02/First Aid instructor and Wilderness First Responder and a member of the Bradley County Sheriff's Office dive team. Vice President/Financial Director NAUI Training Assistant Brenda Quick brings a strong financial and graphic arts background to the business. She has been actively diving for 15 years as well and is a 1984 graduate from Southern Adventist University. She holds certifications from NAUI, SSI, IANTD, NACD, NSS/CDS, SEI and YMCA and is a Wilderness First Responder. NAUI Assistant Instructor Melanie Fangman is an active NAUI advanced open water and scuba rescue diver focusing on assisting new students prep for their training activities. Melanie is a graduate of Lee University and a professional educator at Waterville Elementary School. Melanie's athleticism, attention to detail and giving spirit is a tremendous asset as she prepares to be our next NAUI Instructor. . NAUI Training Assistant Brian Jackson is a NAUI open water, advanced open water and scuba rescue diver who is currently working on his nitrox and divemaster certifications. He is also our IT man. He is totally committed to diving and his natural people skills keeps things rolling along smoothly. NAUI Training Assistant Grant Currin is also an NAUI open water, advanced open water, scuba rescue and river and current diver. He started with us when he was just 13 and is slated to work with our younger students. He is an excellent role model, has a big brain and a lot of natural curiosity. In Memorium of Montgomery aka "Monte" Born December 17, 1994 Passed January 2, 2012 Monte was a fixture in the shop from the beginning. He took his job as "security director" seriously and loved everyone once you passed his test. He was a blessing to us for 17 yrs. and 16 days. He will be missed. He will not be forgotten. |
